Filling out the form below only requests an appointment. After submitting the form below, someone will be in contact with you to confirm the exact day & time of your appointment.
Please make sure you select the appropriate date for the location you would like to schedule for when booking.
A 20% deposit is required & is included in the overall price of the service. This is charged when the appointment is confirmed. You can find our accepted forms of payment here.
We require rabies vaccination records before your scheduled appointment; you can send them to our email: info@dazzling-canines.com or bring a paper copy in person on the day of your appointment. If we do not have your dog's records, we cannot perform the service.
Please leave a note with any medical conditions we should know about, special accommodations or requests for your dog, & anything else you would like us to be aware of to make your experience the best it can be!
Please note we do not perform this service for cats at this time.

48-Hour Cancellation/Late Pickup Policies
This adheres to all scheduled appointments. Must contact us via phone call (text messages will not be accepted as a proper cancellation) or email (info@dazzling-canines.com) no later than 48 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fee. Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Please arrive on time as we are an appointment-based service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee a full cleaning will be done & you will still be charged the full rate.
Due to high demand & how appointments are scheduled, please make sure you are ready to pick up your dog no later then 10 minutes after receiving communication your dog has finished. This helps ensure we can get to all of our clients in a timely manner. If more then 10 minutes has passed, a Late Pickup Fee of $30.00 will be added to the total cost.
